However then I started to think about my education and how i learn, I have no formal education or degree, yet I've always done quite well with employment and been quite successful in jobs..and I done thing from Lorry driving to Dustbin driver, and these day I do research and development but, 

My most strongest qualification I have is my ability to communicate with other, because this fundamental is the foundation block to life's knowledge, because If I cant talk or listen I cant take in or give knowledge away. 

But the most important thing to remember is not one size fit all and keep an open mind.

However on my second attempt a few weeks later I came to same set of lights and this time I didn't mis the lights and stop. But over the following 20 years I never went though a red light again.... but the moral of the story is I learnt from my failure, and it made me a much driver and I ended up quite an advanced driving professional. 

And now, my lorry days are over, the lessons learned are still valuable. Today, I'm steering a different kind of vehicle: an algorithm.
